1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Riseapps OÜ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services

We provide React development training services, including but not limited to:

• React Fundamentals courses
• Advanced React training
• Full Stack React development programs
• Online and in-person instruction
• Career guidance and support

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Complete the enrollment form with accurate information
• Meet the prerequisites for your chosen course
• Pay the required fees or arrange an approved payment plan
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions

4.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless alternative payment arrangements have been made
• Payment plans are subject to approval and may include additional fees
• All payments are processed in EUR unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Full Refund

You may receive a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date.

5.2 Partial Refund

If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date but before the first class, you may receive a 50% refund minus any administrative fees.

5.3 No Refund

No refunds will be provided after the first class has commenced, except in cases of course cancellation by the Company.

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and participate actively
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Use course materials solely for educational purposes
• Not share or distribute course materials without permission
• Maintain the confidentiality of other students' personal information

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including lectures, videos, assignments, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Riseapps OÜ and are protected by copyright laws.

8.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original work created during the course, but grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use such work for promotional and educational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riseapps OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

10. Course Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

• Modify course content, schedule, or instructors
• Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances
• Provide alternative course formats when necessary

In case of course cancellation by the Company, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Technology Requirements

For online courses, students are responsible for having:

• A reliable internet connection
• A computer capable of running required software
• Necessary development tools and environments

13. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates of completion will be provided to students who successfully complete course requirements. These certificates represent completion of our training program and do not guarantee employment or professional certification.

14. Termination

We may terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Estonia.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
